Floradix® Iron Sport Liquid Mineral & Vitamin is formulated to support increased iron requirements of athletes participating in high intensity training.* Iron is essential for normal oxygen transport and the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. This gentle, easily absorbed plant-based liquid extract also includes magnesium for muscle function and electrolyte balance, vitamin D for healthy bones, and B-vitamins to support energy metabolism.*

Easily absorbed, gentle-to-digest liquid extract, non-constipating.

Adults (12 and over): Take 4 tsp. (20 mL) once daily.

Take on an empty stomach, approx, 30 min before a meal.

Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth, rinse mouth with water immediately after consuming.

My daughter has Alfa Gal syndrome. She was severely anemic. This has made a huge difference.

Delicious and effective!
Iron Sport is such a great combo for athletes and anyone who lives an active lifestyle. It’s so nice to have a lot of the vitamins we depend on for higher levels of training all in one package. I used to be chronically low on iron, but if I focused on keeping up with that, would dip in other areas. This puts me so much more at ease.

Really number one
I have used other Floridex formulas before and this one meets my expectations for excellent supplemental delivery of vitamins and minerals. It can help you to maintain balance even if you aren't an athlete or doing a training regimen. I am just a regular person experiencing fatigue due to other chronic niggling vitamin deficiency issues, but I use this to recover my health quickly.
